The ACE Mentor Program (Architecture, Construction, and Engineering) is now recruiting volunteer mentors for the 2026–2027 school year. If you're passionate about shaping the next generation of industry leaders, we'd love to have you join us.

ACE connects high school students with professionals in architecture, engineering, construction, and related fields, providing hands-on learning experiences, career exploration, and meaningful mentorship. Today, ACE is the construction industry's fastest-growing high school mentoring program, reaching more than 8,000 students each year.

Our Mission

To engage, excite, and inspire high school students to pursue careers in architecture, engineering, and construction through mentorship while supporting their continued advancement in the industry.

Since its founding in 1994, the ACE Mentor Program of America has awarded more than $14 million in scholarships, helping thousands of students continue their education and launch successful careers.

ACE welcomes professionals from across the design and construction industry, including:

Why Mentor?

ACE gives students an education that extends far beyond the classroom. Through project-based learning and real-world experiences, students work alongside industry professionals to gain practical skills, explore career paths, and better understand how projects move from concept to completion.

As a mentor, you'll have the opportunity to share your expertise, inspire future professionals, and make a lasting impact on students as they prepare for college and their careers.

Help build the future of the AEC industry by becoming an ACE Mentor for the 2026–2027 school year.
